PIEDMONT TRIAD, NC, March 24, 2026 – Below are the statistics presented at the March 24, 2026, Airport Authority Board Meeting.
- Passengers were up 1% in February over February 2025 and down 3% year to date.
- Cargo was up 28% in February over February 2025 and up 17% year to date.
- Total scheduled departing seats for April 2026 are up 10% over April 2025.
- Load factor, the average percentage of airplane seats departing from PTI that were filled with passengers, for December 2025 was 82% down 5 points from December 2024.
The Piedmont Triad International Airport is owned, operated, and managed by the Piedmont Triad Airport Authority. The Airport Authority is governed by a board of directors representing three cities, Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem, and two counties, Forsyth and Guilford. The Airport, located off Bryan Boulevard, is the center of North Carolina Aerospace.
