DROPOFF/SKYCAPS

Prior to travelling, contact your airline to arrange curbside assistance, including wheelchairs and help with luggage. If you have not arranged for help prior to arriving at the airport, you or your escort can ask for assistance at the ticket counter.

HANDICAPPED PARKING

Handicapped spaces are provided throughout the facility on both levels, including short-term, Premier Deck, Central Decks, and Economy Lots. Shuttle buses to and from the Economy Lots and short-term parking areas are handicap-lift equipped. There is no shuttle service in the Premier Deck and Central Decks due to height restrictions.

SECURITY SCREENING

Non-passengers assisting a traveler with special needs may request a gate pass from the traveler’s airline, to allow escorts to stay with a passenger through and past the security checkpoint. Passes are at the airline’s discretion.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

WHEELCHAIRS

Arrange wheelchairs through your airline, because the airline can ensure you have a wheelchair available to you at every leg of your flight—for arrivals and departures and through each airport.

Also arrange in advance with your airline if you are bringing your own wheelchair.

ELEVATORS

PTI has elevators in the center of the building and on each concourse.

RESTROOMS

All PTI restrooms are handicapped-accessible. PTI has a family restroom on each concourse.

SERVICE ANIMAL RELIEF AREAS

PTI has a dog walk/pet relief area outside the building at the arrival level, and two additional locations under the concourses post-security. Passengers must ask an airline representative to escort them to the post-security locations.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

PTI has a TTY telephone device and Braille signage. Our fire station staff are EMTs.

For assistance while at the airport, ask a PTI Airport Ambassador or a ticket agent.
