Pursuant to existing federal laws and regulations, individuals applying for or renewing their airport-issued badge must present valid identity and work authorization documents. A list of acceptable documents can be found on the most current Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.

Badging Office Hours:
Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
1 p.m. – 3:50 p.m.

The Badging Office is closed from noon to 1 p.m. for lunch and on all weekends and holidays.

Fingerprints are processed by appointment only. Signatory Authority Representatives are responsible for setting up appointments for employees.

Training Classes

Secured Area/Cargo SIDA Training Class and Non-Movement Driver’s Training
Tuesday at 9 a.m.

AOA, Sterile Area Training Class and Non-Movement Driver’s Training
Thursday at 9 a.m.

NOTE: A written test is given after each class
