November 17, 2012 – Frontier Airlines today expands its service from Orlando, Fla. (MCO) with the launch of nonstop service to Greensboro, N.C. (GSO). This is the only nonstop service from Greensboro to Orlando’s most convenient airport, where you’re closer to all the key attractions and can start your vacation sooner.

“Community support from the Triad region has been strong,” said Daniel Shurz, Frontier’s senior vice president, commercial. “We are excited to bring our low-fare, customer-friendly service to the growing community served by Piedmont Triad International Airport.”

“We are very pleased that Frontier Airlines has chosen to provide service between Orlando International Airport and the Piedmont Triad International Airport,” said Kevin Baker, Piedmont Triad Airport Authority executive director. “We hope that the community will support this service so that Frontier can grow their presence at our airport and add other low cost destinations within their system.”

The new service will operate on 138-seat Airbus A319 aircraft – featuring 30 channels of DIRECTV® service available at every seat. Additionally, these flights will offer five rows of comfortable STRETCH seating with an additional five to seven inches of legroom, and the airline’s SELECT seating product.

Frontier’s website, FlyFrontier.com, offers the guaranteed best fares and is the only place STRETCH and SELECT seating is available at the time of booking.
