Travel often? Sign up now for PTI FastPass, the Piedmont Triad International Airport (PTI) express parking service for frequent travelers. PTI’s FastPass parking is available in all the long term parking areas except Overflow.

JUST SCAN & go—No STOPS

Once you register for FastPass, you will receive a decal for your vehicle. Decal readers record your PTI garage and long-term parking area entries and exits.

Your parking fees will be automatically charged to your credit card from our secure site. (FastPass accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.) You will also receive a receipt by e-mail for each parking charge. No stopping. No tickets. No extra office paperwork. It’s that simple!

FIRST DECAL IS FREE

For a limited time, we are waiving the $24.00 initiation fee for the FIRST FastPass decal! Any additional decals are $24.00 each. To register, click the link (above or below).

DETAILS & SUPPORT

Getting Started. Register for the FastPass. Decals are mailed out already activated and will arrive within seven business days. For existing customers moving to this FastPass system, decals will be activated within 72 hours of re-registering.

Find Your FastPass Lane. The FastPass entrances and exits are located on the right side of the entry and exit gate areas and are clearly marked with yellow and black FastPass signs. Approach the gate slowly and it will open automatically once your decal is recognized and approved.

FastPass Customer Service. PTI parking management is normally on duty from 6:30 a.m. to approximately 1:00 a.m., 7 days a week, to assist you.
Call (336) 665-5631 or (336) 665-5657 with any FastPass issues, including:

  • Not receiving your FastPass within seven days of registration
  • Lost, damaged or non-functioning FastPass decals
  • Any other questions

Phone messages will be answered between 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. M-Th.

Immediately Report Lost or Damaged Decals. Lost decals will be blocked within two business days and a new decal will be issued. For decals lost or damaged by misuse, a $24.00 processing fee for the replacement decal will be charged to your credit card.
