At PTI Airport, we recently celebrated our incredible employees with a Customer Service Award Lunch, recognizing those who consistently go above and beyond in making our passengers’ experiences exceptional. As part of PTAA’s mission to provide the best possible passenger experiences, we know that it’s our dedicated team members who bring this vision to life every day. To show our appreciation, we brought in food trucks to provide lunch, creating a festive atmosphere that highlighted the spirit of gratitude. A standout moment was the raffle, where one lucky employee walked away with a $500 gift card. The event was a meaningful way to acknowledge the dedication and hard work that defines our team.
