American Eagle adds additional Miami Service

American Eagle Airlines, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, announced an additional nonstop flight between Miami International Airport (MIA) and Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) beginning Nov. 18.  The route will be served by a ERJ-145 which seats 50 passengers.  The service will be seasonal service through April 4, 2011.

Schedule as follows:

Current Flight Departs GSO 7:10 a.m. arrive MIA 9:25 a.m.

New Flight Departs GSO 1:45 p.m. arrive MIA 3:55 p.m.

Current Flight Departs MIA 11 a.m. arrive 1:05 p.m.

New Flight Departs MIA 7:45 p.m. arrive 9:50 p.m.

“We are delighted that American Eagle has chosen to add an additional flight to Miami and hope the citizens of the Piedmont Triad will support this additional service,” said Henry Isaacson, chairman of the Piedmont Triad Airport Authority.
