What Is PTI Fast Pass?

Fast Pass is PTI’s new express parking service for frequent travelers. PTI’s Fast Pass parking is available in the PTI garage and long-term parking lots. Fast Pass offers:

  • Express no ticket entry and exit lanes
  • Automatic payment from your credit card and e-mail receipts
  • No more lost parking tickets or delays leaving the parking areas

So, How Does Fast Pass Work?

Once you register for Fast Pass you will receive a special decal for your vehicle that is scanned by a special decal reader that records your entry and exit in PTI garage and long-term parking areas. Your parking fees will be automatically charged to your credit card from our secure site and will appear on your monthly statement. You will also receive a receipt via e-mail for each parking charge. It’s that simple

What Does It Cost?

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t receive my Fast Pass parking receipt?

If you have not received your parking receipt within 72 hours, please contact the PTI Fast Pass office at (336) 665-5657 or (336) 665-5631.

What credit cards are accepted for Fast Pass payment?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How do I change my account information?

Call the PTI Fast Pass office at (336) 665-5657 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday or all other hours at or (336) 665-5631.

What if my Fast Pass decal is damaged or doesn’t work?

Report a damaged decal to (336)665-5657 or or (336) 665-5631. If damage is caused by misuse, you will be issued a new decal and your credit card will be charged a $20.00 replacement fee. If you use PTI parking before receiving your new decal, you will need to take a ticket upon entry and pay when you exit.

What if I lose my Fast Pass decal?

Immediately report lost decals to (336) 665-5657 or or (336) 665-5631. Your decal will be blocked within two business days and a new decal will be issued. There is a $20.00 fee for replacement decals that will be charged to your credit card.

What should I do if my Fast Pass doesn’t work?

PTI parking management is normally on duty from 6:30 a.m. to approximately 1:00 a.m., 7 days a week to assist you. Call (336) 665-5657 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday or all other hours  (336) 665-5631. Keep in mind that your Fast Pass decal will be deactivated if your credit card is no longer active. If you have past due charges, you will need to pay them for your Fast Pass to be reactivated.

Are there special entrances and exits for Fast Pass members?

Yes. The Fast Pass entrances and exits are located on the right side of the entry and exit gate areas and are clearly marked with yellow and black Fast Pass signs. Approach the gate slowly and it will open automatically once your decal is recognized and approved.

Can I use Fast Pass in all of PTI’s parking areas?

PTI Fast Pass parking is available in the garage and long term surface lots.
