Badging & Fingerprinting

Pursuant to existing federal laws and regulations, individuals applying for or renewing their airport-issued badge must present two (2) valid identification and work authorization documents. (Note: A list of acceptable documents can be found on the most current Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.)

Badging Office Hours

The badging office is closed daily from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (closed on Wed.)
  • Morning: 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  • Afternoon: 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Fingerprinting & Training Classes

Fingerprinting and all training classes are by appointment only. Signatory Authority Representatives are responsible for making fingerprinting and training appointments for all employees via our online scheduler. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday at 9 a.m.. Passing a written test is required after each training class.

Note: Applicants for SIDA badge / non-movement driver’s class, Sterile Area must be fingerprinted first. Once you’ve received confirmation of a cleared background check, training class can be scheduled.
