News from Development:

Fed Ex Site 

FedEx contractor is installing the sort equipment for the Fed Ex Sort Facility. 

Taxiway Phase II  

Blythe Construction is moving along well with Phase II of the taxiway.  The box culvert to reroute the creek is completed.  The roadway to connect Cargo Road with Rental Car Road is graded and paved.  The new cargo access road structure is in place.  Once it is waterproofed the contractor will begin to place fill over top of the structure for the Taxiway. 

Runway Phase II 

This work is well underway and includes the remainder of the clearing and grubbing along with grading of the new runway.  This work will continue for the next twelve to eighteen months.  Phase III will be bid for paving and lighting of the new runway in the spring.

Bryan Boulevard 

The new "mainline" of Bryan Boulevard is open.  There is a temporary entrance to the Airport until the new bridge and ramp work is complete.  The temporary entrance will remain open for about two years.

Honda Jet

The contractors and engineers have started work on Phase I which is the initial grading and installing erosion control measures of the Honda Site.
